6. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your messages and data to provide the Service's functionality. Your conversations are stored in an isolated per-account database so Revia can keep context, and you can erase all of it at any time from Settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Revia and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice
• Perform scheduled maintenance and updates
• Suspend access for technical or security reasons

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
