Delete Your Account

You can delete your Revia account, and everything stored with it, yourself at any time. You do not need to email us or wait for approval, and nothing is kept back as leverage to make you stay.

1. Delete It Yourself (Fastest)

In the Revia app or at revia.chat:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings → General.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Confirm when asked.

This unpairs WhatsApp and erases your data straight away. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore an account after it is deleted.

2. If You Cannot Sign In

Email privacy@revia.chat from the address on the account, or tell us the WhatsApp number it was connected to, and ask us to delete it. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before erasing anything, then confirm once it is done. We respond within 30 days and usually much sooner.

3. What Gets Deleted

Everything Revia stored for your account, within 24 hours:

• Your account and login details
• Messages and chats from every connected channel
• Contacts and the notes Revia built about them
• Goals, schedules and drafts awaiting your approval
• Documents you uploaded
• Memory Revia had learned about you and your business
• Your business profile, personality and other settings

4. What Is Kept, and For How Long

• Recovery backups: kept 14 days, then removed. Deleted data leaves the backups on that schedule.
• Usage and security logs: up to 90 days, for fraud and abuse protection.
• Billing and tax records: retained by Paddle, our merchant of record, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Anonymised analytics: aggregate counts that are not linked to you and cannot be traced back to you.

None of the retained items can be used to rebuild your account or read your conversations.

5. Deleting Less Than Everything

If you only want part of it gone, you do not have to delete the account. You can remove an individual chat, contact or document from inside the app and it is erased on the same 24-hour schedule. Disconnecting WhatsApp in Settings stops Revia reading new messages while keeping your account.
