Every new account includes a 14-day Pro trial. No payment details are required to start it, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan. There is also a Free plan you can stay on indefinitely.
If Revia is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
This applies to the first payment on each plan. For later renewal payments, see section 3.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period, and we do not pro-rate unused time.
If a renewal charge takes you by surprise — you meant to cancel, or you had not used Revia in that period — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it and refund where fair. We would rather refund you than keep money you did not intend to spend.
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your order or receipt number. We aim to reply within two business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payments, refunds, invoices and applicable taxes. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction, and Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions also apply to your purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law. If you are in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Where local law grants you a longer or stronger right than this policy, that law applies.
