Revia only sees channels it belongs to. Invite it with /invite @Revia in the channel, or send it a direct message. If it still does not answer, disconnect and reconnect Slack from Settings → Integrations.
Type /invite @Revia in the channel. You can also mention @Revia directly in a public channel and it will reply in the thread.
Yes. Each workspace is stored separately, and you can add another from Settings → Integrations → Add another Slack.
Open Settings → Integrations and press Disconnect on the workspace you want to remove. You can also remove the app from the Slack side under Apps → Revia → Configuration.
Visit the account deletion page, or email us and we will remove your account and its stored messages.
