For Slack
Mention Revia in a channel, send it a direct message, or type /revia. It answers in the same conversation, reads the thread around it for context, and can act on your other channels without you leaving Slack.
Adding Revia links the workspace to your Revia account, so you will be asked to sign in first.
Mention @Revia in any channel it belongs to and it replies in the same thread, using the surrounding messages as context.
DM Revia like a colleague. It keeps the context of the conversation from one message to the next.
Type /revia followed by a question from anywhere in Slack.
Revia also connects to WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail and Google Calendar, so you can ask it in Slack to send a message or check your calendar.
Connect several Slack workspaces to the same account; each one stays separate.
Revia connects Slack to your assistant, so the workspace is linked to your account. Signing in is the first step.
Find the Slack card and press Connect. A Slack window opens asking you to approve the permissions.
Use the workspace switcher at the top right of the Slack approval screen if you belong to more than one workspace, then press Allow.
Send Revia a direct message in Slack, or invite it to a channel with /invite @Revia and mention it there.
Revia reads the conversation it was asked in so its answer fits the discussion, and posts its reply back into that same conversation. It reads history only around the message that triggered it, never as a bulk export of your workspace, and only in conversations it belongs to.
Some permissions are requested for your own user account, so Revia can act in place of you: reading the channels and direct messages you can already see, searching your own messages when you ask it a question, and sending a reply from your account once you approve it.
You can remove Revia at any time from Settings → Integrations, or from Slack under Apps → Revia. See the Privacy Policy for how the data is handled.
